Inn on the Rio is on Kit Carson Road, about a mile from the plaza. It's
a smaller, family owned personable place with much Taos character.

The Old Taos Guesthouse is a charming, old adobe in a quiet, parklike setting, owned and run by wonderful friends of mine. Rooms start at $85 a night, and include breakfast.

The Laughing Horse Inn is a funky old adobe on the north side of town.

Brooks Street Inn is back off the main road across from the Taos Post office.
It consists of a converted home with 3 rooms to rent, and 3 garden casitas
